We are going on the Portrait of Italy tour and was wondering if you can tell me roughly what time does the tour group usually meet up at the airport in Naples? I understand you won't know the precise time since flights will not be confirmed until closer to the actual tour date, but if I have a rough idea then I can plan accordingly. We are flying from Northern CA. and are booking our own flight and want to make sure we have enough time to meet up with the group for transportation to our hotel. Thank you.
We put our air schedules together two and a half months prior to departure and can certainly provide you with definite air schedules at that time. Lufthansa is the preferred carrier for this tour offering service from many departure cities in the United States. In the past the flights have arrived into Naples around 11 am. Transfers are not included in the “land only” package, however if you arrive prior to the group flight, you are more than welcome to take the group transfer provided there is room in the vehicle.
