While our Boston office has been under a deep freeze for the past month, it warms my heart to present the Winter 2026 issue of our quarterly News & Views newsletter, full of inspiration for your future travels with Odysseys. In the spirit of keeping warm, we turn first to the sun-splashed Iberian Peninsula, and another dispatch from five-time Odysseys travelers and longtime chefs Dan and Kim Varano.
