An Important Note About Air Travel

With the stabilization of Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and air traffic control staffing following the end of the government shutdown, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announced that they have officially lifted emergency flight reductions, effective November 17 at 6 a.m.
In order to ensure a smooth and worry-tree travel experience, below are some important reminders in the event that you encounter any sort of disruption while en route to your tour:
- Please plan to arrive at the airport at least three hours ahead of your flight’s scheduled departure time.
- If you are informed by the airline that your flight has been delayed, please contact us via the phone number below to share your new arrival time.
- If you are informed by the airline that your flight has been cancelled, please work directly with the airline to get rebooked on the next available flight.
- Once you receive your revised flight information, please contact us via the phone number below so we can relay this information to all necessary parties, including your Tour Director.
