Featured Accommodation: Hotel Husafell

Today, we're highlighting the Hotel Husafell, a comfortable, contemporary property featuring lovely views across the Icelandic plains, and where Odysseys groups stay for two nights during their Exploring Iceland tour.

The Hotel Husafell features two restaurants, two geothermally heated outdoor swimming pools, two "hot pots" (hot tubs), a golf course, and hiking trails. Laundry service is available for a fee, and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is available in all areas.

Each of the hotel's 48 guest rooms is individually decorated with art from the world-renowned artist Pall Gudmundsson, who grew up and still makes his home in Husafell. Rooms are equipped with private bath with hair dryer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, TV, and phone.
