1. What do I need to make a reservation?
   • The full name, address, and contact information for yourself and any travel companions
   • A one-time, fully refundable deposit ($475 per person for 2026; $650 per person for 2027)
   • Your full passport details (or REAL ID for domestic travel)
2. Do you offer travel protection?
   • Yes! We encourage all of our guests to consider a travel protection plan. For your convenience, we offer a tailored plan provided by Trip Mate, a Generali Global Assistance & Insurance Services brand.
3. Do you allow single travelers on your tours?
   • Absolutely! On most of our tours, you will find a combination of singles traveling alone, singles traveling together, and couples. Our experienced tour directors ensure single travelers feel comfortable and part of the group.
4. Is all touring included or will we need to sign up and pay for optional touring?
   • Odysseys Unlimited offers extensive sightseeing and no hidden costs. Unlike many other travel companies, our tour directors will not pressure you to buy optional tours at an additional cost. They will, however, offer suggestions for your free time if asked. 
5. Can I fly in early, before my tour begins?
   • Yes! Through our Flexible Travel Option program, when you arrange your flights through Odysseys Unlimited, you can arrive up to three days before your tour begins, and/or extend your stay after touring ends. 
6. How physically demanding are your tours?
   • While we don’t offer “adventure” or “walking” tours, walking is an essential element of our trips. The amount of walking varies, but you should be in relatively good health and able to complete all scheduled activities while walking unassisted. To help you assess whether a tour is right for you, you’ll find a Physical Activity Level rating from 1 to 5 noted on each tour.
7. Can I arrange my own airfare?
   • Yes! Guests who wish to reserve their flights independently can do so on any Odysseys tour with our Land Only option.
