Jennifer grew up in Adelaide and remains passionate about her homeland. In particular, she praises Australia’s natural beauty – “The ancient heart of our Outback and the Great Barrier Reef are magical” – and relishes her guests’ curiosity to learn about Australia’s history and culture.

Travel is a way of life for Jennifer, who cites cycling trips to Asia and Spain, hiking through Tasmania, and climbing to Everest Base Camp as ranking among her most memorable recent adventures. After three decades in travel, she’s still making Mum proud.
